With a view to continuous renewal, Studio Legale Andreello is always available to evaluate the recruitment of young professionals who are motivated and prepared and are able to give a personal and significant contribution to the services provided.
Ideal candidates must have an excellent academic background and at least some experience of the sector of appointment.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of English and possibly a second language, who are highly proactive, enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent relational skills.

DISCLOSURE WITHIN THE MEANING OF ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

Dear Customer/Supplier,
within the meaning of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter Consolidating Act) in relation to personal data, including data acquired from third parties, that Studio Legale Avv. Alberto Andreello should come into possession of, please be advised as follows:

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA
Data is solely processed for the purposes of the correct and complete execution of the existing contractual, pre-contractual or commercial relationship and to notify you of any future promotional activities.

2. DATA PROCESSING METHOD
Data processing takes place by means of the operations or sets of operations indicated in art. 4, paragraph 1 a) of the Consolidating Act: gathering, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, amendment, selection, extraction, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and distribution of the data. Operations may be carried out with or without the use of electronic or in any case automated tools.
Data processing is carried out by the data controller and/or data processors who operate under the direct authority of the data controller while following the instructions pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

3. PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of performing the activities pursuant to point 1.

4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data in the case pursuant to point 3 shall result in an inability to fulfil the activities pursuant to point 1.

5. DATA DISCLOSURE
Data processors may become aware of personal data and data may be disclosed outwith the company for the sole purposes pursuant to point 1,in particular to:

- Agents for the granting of the agency agreement.
- Companies or Professionals for the checking of commercial risk.


6. DISSEMINATION OF DATA

7. Personal data is not subject to diffusion.

8. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Personal data cannot be transferred to European Union Countries and to non-European Union Countries within the scope of the purposes pursuant to point 1.

9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Art. 7 of the Consolidating Act grants the data subject the right to exercise specific rights, including the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of own personal data and the availability thereof in legible form; the data subject has the right to know the origin of the data, the data processing purposes and methods, the processing logic, the identification details of the data controller and of the subjects to whom the data may be disclosed; the data subject also has the right to obtain the updating, amendment and supplementation of data, the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the data subject has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data that relate to him/her, even if not yet recorded, and the to the communication thereof in legible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain an indication of:
a. the origin of the personal data
b. the processing purposes and methods;
c. the logics applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. of the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. of the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or that could become aware of such data in their capacity as designated representative within the territory of the State, data controllers or data processors.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, amendment or, where desired, the supplementation of the data;
b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data the retention of which is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data has been gathered or subsequently processed;
c. confirmation that the operations pursuant to a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, with the exception of the case in which said fulfilment should be impossible or should entail a use of means that is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.


4. The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a. a. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data relating to him/her, even if pertinent to the scope of collection;
c. the processing of personal data relating to him/her for the purposes of the issue of advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
